Cancellation Policy 

At Wrapnests, operated by Digital Respawn, our goal is to offer a smooth and stress-free shopping experience for women’s accessories. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Digital Respawn, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We recognize that plans may change and you might need to cancel an order. This policy details the terms and procedure for order cancellations. 

Cancellation Prior to Dispatch 
You may cancel your order: 

• Within 24 hours of placing it, or 
• Before shipment, whichever happens first. 

How to Cancel: 

• Contact our customer care team via email. 
• Once your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
   

Orders Already Dispatched 

• Once your women’s accessories order has been shipped, cancellation cannot be processed. 
• After delivery, you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 
   

Order Modifications 

• Product changes or address updates are not permitted once the order is confirmed. 
• If you wish to make modifications, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order should be placed.
