We ensure that every order of women’s accessories is delivered promptly and in excellent condition. The following terms outline our shipping process and delivery procedures. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 

Shipping Availability 

• Deliveries are made to all serviceable pin codes within India. 
• International shipping is currently unavailable. 
   

Order Handling 

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. 
• Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing timeline. 
• Once the order is processed, a confirmation email is sent with complete order and shipment details. 
   

Estimated Delivery Schedule 
Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your delivery location within India. 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts 
Delivery may fail under the following circumstances: 

• The address provided is incorrect or incomplete. 
• The recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery location. 
• The shipment is refused upon arrival. 

Action Taken: 
In such instances, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can contact us to request reshipment of the item. 

Damaged or Missing Parcels 

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof of the issue. 
• If an order is lost in transit, we will either replace the product or initiate a refund once confirmation is received from the courier partner.
