By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following procedures for returns and refunds of women’s accessories. 

Return Eligibility 
To qualify for a return: 

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. 
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be returned as received. 
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. 
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support. 
• Items failing to meet these criteria will be rejected for return. 
   

How to Request a Return 

• Submit Your Request: Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to digitalrespawn456@gmail.com. 
• Provide Proof: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to speed up processing. 
• Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will provide step-by-step guidance to complete the return. 

Note: Returns that do not follow these instructions may be declined. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

• Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet return eligibility. 
• You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined. 
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
• A confirmation email is sent once the refund is processed. 
   

Partial Refunds 
If a returned item partially meets the return requirements (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

• For items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
